Death Eventually.

Department of Eventualities

Terms of Service

Effective October 28, 2026

Not medical advice. Death Eventually is entertainment. Its numbers come from population statistics, not from you, and it can't predict when you'll die. Don't make health, money or life decisions based on it; talk to a doctor. If you're struggling, call or text 988 (US) or your local crisis line.

Agreeing to these terms

By using Death Eventually at deatheventually.app or in our apps, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it. You must be at least 13, and if you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you and make any purchase.

Your account

Keep access to your email account safe, since that's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information if you want accurate-ish estimates.

Reaper Account (the paid plan)

Payments are processed by RevenueCat and Stripe (or Apple, in the iPhone app).

Using it fairly

Don't misuse the service: no breaking or overloading it, getting around its limits, accessing other people's data, uploading anything illegal or that isn't yours to share, or using it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

What you enter stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. AI answers (meal estimates, roasts, séance replies) are generated automatically and can be wrong, or worse, unfunny.

The app itself

The app, its design, text and code belong to Death Eventually. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

No guarantees

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending things

You can stop using Death Eventually and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end or change the service; if we shut down a paid feature, we'll refund the unused part of your current month.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email if the change matters. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
